This policy describes how Invento the Uzbek International School ("Invento", "we") collects, uses, and protects personal data submitted through this site's application form, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" (No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019, as amended).
1. What data we collect
The child's name, year of birth, and the parent/guardian's phone number entered in the application form. If you sign in with Telegram — your Telegram profile's public data (name, username). We also automatically collect technical visit data (page, referrer, UTM tags) for analytics.
2. Purpose of processing
Data is processed solely to contact you about admissions, advise you on the school's programmes, and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing channels. Data is not used for purposes unrelated to the admissions campaign.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent you give by checking the relevant box and submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the contact details listed in the site footer.
4. Who receives your data
Data is shared with Invento's admissions staff and the services we use to process applications (CRM, email, and — with your consent — Telegram) solely for the purposes in section 2. Data is never sold to third parties.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers with sensitive information encrypted and limited staff access. It is retained no longer than necessary to process your application and meet legal requirements, and no more than 3 years from your last contact with us.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, deletion, or a restriction on its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time — by contacting us via the details listed in the site footer.
